WE ARE ECBE

Daniela Mattheus is Senior Board Advisor and co-owner of ECBE. She is a licensed lawyer with coaching training and a lecturer in executive programmes for boards of directors and supervisory boards. Daniela Mattheus has more than 18 years of experience in supporting and advising supervisory and advisory boards in the context of efficiency audits and board evaluations, as well as advising supervisory and executive boards on corporate governance, audit, compliance, risk management and sustainability issues.

Until 2019, Daniela Mattheus was Equity Partner and EMEIA Corporate Governance Board Services and EMEIA Center for Board Matters Leader. Previously, she led KPMG Board Services in Germany and KPMG's Audit Committee Institute, sponsored by KPMG. Since 2020, she has been active as a supervisory board member in various companies.
