Dr. Philine Sandhu is an Senior Board Advisor at ECBE. She holds a doctorate in economics and is a trained coach and consultant for change processes. Dr. Philine Sandhu has extensive experience in dealing with and accompanying transformation processes in top management boards, especially in the area of diversity.

At the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Dr. Sandhu leads the Executive Education program for female supervisory board members, which has been in place since 2014. Due to her many years of research work and the supervision of a legislative evaluation in the field of governance for the German government, she has extensive expertise in the qualitative assessment of board work. She regularly publishes on the topics of governance, diversity and transformation as a columnist in Handelsblatt and in various professional journals.
