WE ARE ECBE

Michael Wolff is co-founder and chairman of the scientific advisory board of ECBE. He has extensive experience in dealing with, advising and supporting supervisory boards of different types of companies. Due to his many years of research work in the field of corporate governance and advising supervisory boards, he has extensive expertise in the qualitative assessment of board work.

Prof. Wolff holds the Chair of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Controlling at the Georg August University of Göttingen. He has also been Academic Co-Director of the Center for Corporate Governance at HHL -Leipzig Graduate School of Management since 2010. Previously, Michael Wolff was a consultant at McKinsey & Company (projects in Europe, USA and Africa) with a focus on strategic and organizational realignment and optimization of overhead and production processes.
